Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with ModuHaus Furniture. We want every part of your experience to feel simple and stress-free. If something isn’t right with your order, we’re here to help.


Returns

Return Window:
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your item.

Return Conditions:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

  • Unused and in original condition
  • In its original packaging (box, foam, hardware, manuals, etc.)
  • Free of damage, stains, or odors
  • Returned with proof of purchase

How to Start a Return:
Email Support@ModuHausFurniture.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging (required by our fulfillment partners)

Once approved, we will provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
Please do not send items back without approval.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The item arrived damaged
  • The wrong item was sent
  • There was an error on our end

Unauthorized or late returns may be refused.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or special-order items
  • Closeout or final sale items
  • Items returned without authorization
  • Items not in original condition or packaging

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, place a new order and submit a return request for the original item.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged or incorrect, contact Support@ModuHausFurniture.com within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Photos of the damage
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

This allows us to file a claim with our carriers and fulfillment partners.
If the box arrives visibly damaged, please note it with the delivery driver when possible.


Refunds

Once your return is approved, received, and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

If you haven’t received your refund after 15 business days from approval, email us at Support@ModuHausFurniture.com.


Order Cancellations

You may cancel an order before it ships.
Once an order has shipped, the return process will apply.


Restocking Fees

Depending on supplier policies and product condition, a restocking fee of up to 25% may apply.
