At ModuHaus Furniture, we’re committed to delivering your order with care and efficiency. Here’s everything you need to know about how we get your furniture to you:


🌍 Nationwide Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on eligible items throughout the continental U.S., using trusted freight carriers. While we aim to get your order moving quickly, here’s a typical timeline:

Processing Time: 3–21 business days

Shipping Time (after dispatch): 10–14 business days

We’ll contact you to coordinate a delivery window once your order is ready to ship. Keep in mind, while we do our best to meet your preferred timing, exact delivery dates can't be guaranteed.

Note: We currently do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Territories, P.O. Boxes, or military APO/FPO addresses.


đź“… Missed Deliveries & Rescheduling

If you miss a scheduled delivery, a re-delivery fee may apply. Need to cancel or reschedule? Just let us know at least 24 hours in advance.


📦 Delivery Inspection & Damages

Please inspect your items upon arrival.

If the package is slightly damaged, write “package damaged” on the delivery slip and accept it.

If the damage is significant, refuse the delivery and contact us immediately.

If you discover damage after delivery, it must be reported within 3 days of receiving your order. We won’t be able to process claims after this window.


📝 Helpful Tips for a Smooth Delivery

Let us know in advance about any building restrictions, delivery time windows, or special access requirements.

Clear the space where your new furniture will go — for liability reasons, our team can't move existing items.

Make sure to measure your space, doorways, and hallways. We can’t refund orders that can’t be delivered due to size constraints.
